An intermittent issue with our EU West region caused elevated response times between 14:32 and 14:55 UTC. The issue was caused by a misconfigured load balancer that has since been corrected. No data was affected.
Webhook Delivery Delays
Duration: 1 hour
Webhook deliveries experienced delays of up to 15 minutes due to a queue processing bottleneck. All delayed webhooks were successfully delivered. We implemented additional queue workers to prevent recurrence.
Scheduled Maintenance — Database Migration

Planned maintenance to migrate our primary database to a new cluster with improved performance. The migration completed successfully with zero data loss. API latency improved by approximately 30% post-migration.
