All identity data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We employ post-quantum cryptographic signatures (Ed25519 + Falcon-512) to ensure tamper-proof verification. We implement industry-standard security measures including regular penetration testing, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and continuous monitoring.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, contact us. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years.

Authonex operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions, to protect your information in accordance with this policy.
